Objectives in Details

OBJECTS OF THE TRUST:-

This Trust is being created for carrying out charitable, educational, rural development, healthcare and other activities. Detailed below are the objects of the Trust: -

I. Spreading & Promoting education, in various disciplines

1. Construction and running of schools, colleges, education and vocational institutions, free dispensaries, centers for poor feeding and homes for the aged for the benefit of the public.

2. Providing for grants, scholarships, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance to the needy and deserving students for pursuing education, vocational training, skill development etc.

3. Granting of financial assistance to any educational institution for granting scholarships, prizes, medals, awards for excellence in studies, sports and scientific research, distribution of books and note books for poor and deserving students.

4. Providing for or contributing to education and scientific research and development.

5. To aid or establish any institution technical or otherwise, to promote education of art, Science or other related fields for the benefit of downtrodden and weaker sections of the trust.

6. To arrange / establish and maintain centers of adult education, vocational education technical training, and low cost education, formal & non-formal education.

7. To promote, encourage and facilitate research programmes and trainings in the field of public health, education and empowerment.

8. To run/ operate different types of education program/schools like formal, non-formal, pre-school for the education development of under privileged children of the community/trust.

9. To run and open the schools for the welfare and uplift of the needy children and also run adult education programmes.

II. Rural Development

1. To provide support to needy farmers/growers of vegetables, kharif rabi, perennial crops, plantations in problems related to production, pricing and marketing of commodities through scheme/schemes to improve their financial position.

2. To conduct educational, research and activities oriented towards economic growth especially in rural areas through harnessing modern developments in science and Technology for environmentally sustainable and socially equitable development.

3. To achieve agricultural, rural development and conservation of natural resources by sustainable use, gender equality and empowerment of women.

4. To develop, mobilize and to give the right direction to people of the marginalized and economically weaker section for their sustainable overall development.

5. To organize and take up health, educational and welfare programs for the needy.

6. To seek promotion of rural development such as provision of drinking water rural industrialization as well as Public Convenience for people.

7. To train the downtrodden people in general for human resource development in view of the emerging needs such as database development, resource survey methodologies, computer, environmental, studies, health, education, and energy problems.

8. To work for the welfare of Agricultural workers, Farmers, Unorganized Labours, Industrial Labours and Migrated Labours.

III. Healthcare Facilities

1. Establishment, conduct, maintenance of clinical laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes, dispensaries and institutions of similar nature and providing financial assistance to the deserving persons for medical treatment, in any medical institution.

2. Establishment, conduct, maintenance of old age homes, homes for physically challenged men, women and children and persons with similar disabilities and also for granting financial assistance to institutions performing similar activities.

3. To run, maintain or assist any medical institution, nursing home or clinics or to grant assistance to needy and indigent persons for meeting the cost of medical treatment.

4. Give medical aid and relief to the poor including the establishment, maintenance and support to institutions or funds for medical aid and relief.

5. To arrange and provide medical aid and other assistance necessary for living to the needy people who are incapable or handicapped or mentally/physically retarded and financially unfit.

6. To fight against HIV/AIDS and other communicable diseases.

7. To organized and take-up Health, Educational and Welfare programmes for needy & poor Women & Children.

8. To provide various medical services such as organizing health and awareness camps of Immunization, Eye Care, Motherhood, Child Care, and Communicable Diseases.

9. To prevent any epidemics and to advocate both permanent and temporary measures of Family Planning.

10. To provide basic medical facility, sanitation, general health care and other needful support which can be helpful for public to overcome sufferings and agony of any natural and manmade disaster and to facilitate them to rehabilitate.

11. To run the different types of health programmes to raise the health status of vulnerable groups, poor and needy.

12. To establish / run / manage hospitals, health centers, mobile health clinics, research centre to provide health care, counseling and referral services for all kinds of illness and deceases.

IV. Conservation of Environment

1. To organize camps, workshops, seminars, symposiums on global warming, green living, greenhouse gases, reuse and recycling and energy conservation, support organizations promoting conservation of environment in relation to the above mentioned aspects.

2. To encourage and undertake plant and tree plantation activities, soil protection activities and programs, water conservation and management activities and programs, activities and programs in relation to long term protection and sustainable management of natural resources in accordance with the principal that ensure long term economic and social benefits.

3. To undertake, engage in promote or otherwise sponsor environment conservation research programs and activities undertaken by research institutions, organizations, universities and autonomous centers.

4. To promote, set up, run, acquire and maintain centers, schools, institutions to engage in activities and programs in conservation of environment.

V. Promoting Secularism and working towards national integration

1. To produce, print, publish literature and text books inter-alia for the purpose of propagating the principles of tolerance and harmony, unity among various communities, national integration, the secular ideas laying emphasis on fundamental duties enshrined in the constitution, disseminating rational and secular approach and civic consciousness.

2. To promote peaceful, nonviolent and constructive activities for social change, and positive atheism including;

i) Mobilizing constructive mass in society for the cause of national unity and solidarity, inculcating in them a spirit of initiative, encouragement and articulation;

ii) Devising suitable community activities, conferences, seminars, and other programs focused on secularism and national integrity and for the purpose fostering fellow feeling emphasizing the secular character of the Country;

iii) Pro-actively working for national integration and harmony between different communities, irrespective of religious, linguistic or ethnic differences; and

iv) Asserting the common values and cultural ties which bind or act as unifying factor among the people living in this country.

3. To promote a sense of castelessness through inter-caste and encouraging inter-religion marriages.

4. To discourage communal ill-will and regional animosities and weaning the misguided elements of society away from the path of violence;

VI. Other Objects

The other objects include but are not limited to following: -

1. To function as a Non-communal Trust and as a secular organization.

2. To run, manage and maintain new or existing places of worship or such other public institutions/places for spiritually fostering the general masses.

3. To establish centers for employment generation.

4. To acquire and maintain the movables and immovable properties for achieving the said objects. 

5.  To advance any other objects of general public utility.

6. To confer title on eminent personality in the field of science, education, literature, etc.,

7. To do all such acts, deeds or things that will be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above aims and objects.
